James G. Bodin is a partner with the law firm of McPhillips Shinbaum, LLP. He has been with the firm since 1995.

Educational Background:  Jim received his B.A. from Nicholls State University in 1992; M.A. in History University of Louisiana Lafayette in 1993; and J.D. from Thomas G. Jones School of Law @ Faulkner University in 1996.

Career Highlights:  Jim’s primary practice areas include personal injury, auto negligence, wrongful death, premises liability, appellate practice, and criminal defense. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar (1997); District of Columbia Bar (2003); U.S. District Courts: Southern & Middle Districts of Alabama, U.S. 5th & 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court (2001);
